What is Tour de Redmond?
Tour de Redmond is a summer bicycle commute challenge in which solo riders or teams formed compete for trophies and prizes. ALL GRTMA members are eligible (whether they work in Redmond or in one of our surrounding cities, or are residents of one of our member residential communities, or employees or contractors working in Redmond or for one of our member organizations). If you want to see if your organization is a member, click here. IF YOUR COMPANY IS NOT A MEMBER, you are eligible to participate if you work in Redmond.
- If you ride your bicycle to work and track your commutes from June 1 through July 31 at www.tourderedmond.com, you can watch your miles add up and see how you stack up against other bicycle commuters -- and of course, receive gifts, prizes and possibly trophies.
- If you don't ride your bicycle to work yet but have been considering getting started, take this opportunity to get out there on the trail this summer and challenge yourself!
Who Can Participate?
Greater Redmond TMA (GRTMA) member organizations' employees, contractors and residents.
- Members include companies, non-profits, City of Redmond, apartments and residential communties, retail stores, shopping centers and malls, and industrial and office parks. If you work for a Redmond company but work outside the city of Redmond, you may be eligible if your organization is a member of GRTMA. If you do not work for a GRTMA member organization but work for a company in Redmond and commute to work TO Redmond, YOU WILL BE ELGIBLE
- For a complete list of all eligible organizations, go to the GRTMA Member List, or contact us directly at Tour@grtma.org. If you are uncertain as to whether you qualify to participate, please contact us at email@example.com to inquire.
For more information on eligibility or membership, please contact GRTMA at firstname.lastname@example.org.
